Where we ship

Our launch store serves delivery addresses in the United States that are supported at checkout.

Made-to-order production

Products are printed after an order is placed. Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Any delivery estimates shown with a product or at checkout include the information available for that order; they are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping charges and tracking

Shipping is charged separately from the product price. Available services and charges are shown at checkout before payment. We provide shipment tracking when available. Items may arrive separately.

Address changes and delays

Please check your address before ordering. If a correction is needed, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible once processing begins. We will explain any additional reshipping charge before proceeding.

If we cannot ship within the stated period, or within 30 days when no shipment period was stated, we will notify you and offer the choice to agree to a delay or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped merchandise and its applicable shipping charges.
